Rental Prices
We normally rent from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum stay of 7 days. Exceptions may be arranged on request.
Irrespective of the rental period, we charge CHF 180.00 for the final cleaning. Please note that all other services such as electricity, heating, telephone, WiFi etc are also included in the rent, even the visitor’s tax (“Kurtaxe”). Only exception: we charge separately for the electrical power used at the charging station for electric cars after your holiday.
The rental price is is independent of the number of persons.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
While booking, 20% of the final price have to be paid. The remaining balance will be due two weeks before the arrival.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel your reservation more than 42 days before the beginning of the lease, we will refund the full amount paid. If you cancel later, we have to charge you the following:
- 42 to 10 days before the beginning of the lease: 50 % of the full amount
- 9 to 1 days before the beginning of the lease: 80 % of the full amount
- Cancellation on day of planned arrival or a no-show, or departure before the end of the agreed lease: 100 % of the full amount.
Arrival and Departure
- Arrival time: The cottage is available from 3pm on the day of arrival;
- Departure time: You are requested to vacate on day of departure before 10am. We expect you to clean after yourself.
Bedding
- You can bring along your own bedding: For each bed a fitted sheet (90cm x 200cm), a pillowcase (65cm x 100cm) and a quilt cover (160cm x 210cm).
- Bedding may be hired for a charge of 16.00 CHF per set.
